I am taking Glycomet SR 500 twice a day after breakfast and dinner and my FBS is between 108 - 115, pre lunch and pre dinner also tend to be below 120. However, post lunch and post dinner it spikes when taken after 2 hours. I have had reaadings of 228 and 212 for my last dinner and lunch.

Hi, I was first diagnosed with thyroid when I was in school, at that time TSH level was 167, which later were controlled and it was in control for 4 years. I am using thyronorm 25mg for past 4 years, but now my TSH level is 11 something. What should I do, I am little passive in my lifestyle recently, I have been doing wfh for about a year. Hi, I have hypothyroid issue since 4 years. Ever time before I give blood sample I was taking my thyroxine 100 my tablet. So I was getting my TSH value normal. I just want to know is this the right way to check TSH or not. Please do help on this concern.
