I am diebetic for last 10 years. I am having pain in right leg veins and outside muscle of ankle. Seems veins overlapped or something else. Somebody(not doctor) told that you have flat feet there fore pain. At present severe pain for last 10 days.

My mother (67 years old) has diabetes since last 1 year. Usually for diabetics, rice is not allowed. So she usually eats chapati. However, whenever she eats chapatis, she gets hungry at unusual times, has severe constipation and is unable to sleep at night. Is it fine for her to eat smaller portions of rice everyday? Or can she eat little rice and a couple of chapatis? Please advise.

Please confirm blood sugar levels range. We do monitor blood sugar levels twice in a week for my mother where it was not crossed 150 (fasting) and 200 (after food). Currently she is using Metformin 500 mg, once a day and stopped Glycomet Gp1 a month back.

I am a 20 year old male.
