My mother is known case of hypothyroidism since childhood she is taking 150mcg thyroxine everyday but recently her reports showed normal T3 but (raised T4 and low tsh-hyperthyroism ) what should be done..also she have palpitations post covid and high heat tolerance these days

I have done my thyroid test in July 2019 with below readings(TSH 10.06) and taking thyronorm 100mcg since then. Due to Covid did no blood test in 2020. But since I was Covid positive in April and suffer palpitations I did my thyroid profile again on 11 may 2021 with below readings. Please help me in my thyroid medication suitable for me. My father is prescribed Predmet 8 to be taken twice for 3 days and once for next 3 days. He is prescribed this medicine when after 5 days of COVID +VE his fever was still fluctuating in range (97.5-98.8) his avg body temp is 96.0. I have looked up and found that this medicine is a type of steroid. If he takes this medicine till how many days it will remain in his system? What precautions should be taken after this medicine is stopped? This steroid is immuno supresent so how long his body immunity will remain weeken? Thanks in advance!

During My yearly medical test. I was dignost with high Sugar (336), Clostrol (291), and high TG 1150. What to do to control it and bring under range?

My sugar level reaches to 230, after eating 2 rotis  for lunch. But if I eat rice then the sugar level is 150 or below. Does roti increases sugar level? I am prediabetic my fasting sugar level is 107 mg/ dl & HBA1c is 6 %. My weight is 90 kg, I am not on any medication but on lifestyle modification. Please advice.

My Father aged at 82. He is diabetic and readings are 238/158. We did BP test at home, the reading came as 147/75. He used to take BP tablets when BP is high as per doctor instructions earlier. If BP is normal, no tablet. Can you please suggest if tablet is required for the BP reading of 147/75?
