My TSH value is 10.84, how to bring this to normal level? Also, my test report says triglycerides value is high. How this can be reduced?

My mother has type 2 diabetes since 6 years. Last month there was a drop in her level to 55. Right now its in range of 110-190. She is on following medication Tripride 1 - 1 tab daily morning 15 min before b/f Tenepride 20mg - 1 tab daily afternoon Gluconorm p15 - 1 tab daily, 15 min before dinner I just want to confirm that whether is it ok to get her vaccinated as last month her level dropped quite low. Please confirm if the vaccine won't have any side effects.

Hello Dr. I have done my thyroid test. T3 total - 1.24 T3- 7.53, Tsh - 4.620 Plz suggest what to do to get everything normal. Currently it's on margin.

Measured my random blood sugar as 125mg/dl, but within less than a minute measured again with the same machine as 145 mg/dl. Now I doubt the accuracy of Accu chek Active. (My strips are new and not expired). Is it normal to get such mismatched readings?
