My father is diabetic since 25 yrs. Age is 70 yrs.  In the last 6 months, he was admitted for Sepsis with acute kidney injury (wbcs were greater than 30,000) creatinine was bad, gangrenous toe which later had to be amputated. He also has high BP issue. He is on strict diet, medication and lifestyle. What should be the acceptable sugar range for him for the below. 1) complete fasting in the mornings 2) before meals 3) 2 hours after meals 4) bedtime

I have done my thyroid and my tsh level is 22.338 .. I have menorrhagia since 1 month... I had diagnosed with pcod 4yr. Ago .. now what should I do now.. I have taken thyroxin 100mg per day ..

He is on strict diet, lifestyle, medication & generally has acceptable sugar or high..very rarely low..However for the last 5 days, every night his sugar drops to 40/50..did a few tests... CBC, Urine Routine, Electrolytes, Random Blood sugar, HbA1c, Creatinine, Liver Function Test..Key results below: Creatinine is 1.27 Hba1c is 5.8 Urine protein (albumin) is present Urine glucose is 0.5% Rbc count is 3.98 Pcv is 35.7 Hemoglobin is 11.7........... Changed insulin dose n medication at night time. However, still sugar is dropping at night. Did we miss any tests? What maybe the reason for this continuous low sugar only at nights?

Hi,I got covid one month got over at that time I took  steriods 6 mg everyday for 7 days because of taking steriods is it sugar level varying.i got 148 random sugar before taking steriods.i have been checked sugar levels in glucometer in home only
