Hormonal Imbalances

My T3 is 0.99 ng/mL and by T4 is 6.41 ug/dL but my TSH is 12.295 uIU/mL. I am take 12.5 mcg thyronorm everyday. What should I change? Is it severe? as my T3 and T4 are normal, I'm not sure what the problem is. I have attached a picture of my report, please help.

Hi Doctors.. I have undergone test of TSH for first time on sunday. My TSH level is 33.54 . I dont have any symptoms only hair fall last month. Now I dont have hair fall also. Why I cant understand , my tsh level is high. How is that possible it shows 33.54 at first time test only

In full body test I got thyroid level 14. There has been no previous diagnosis of this kind and I am not facing any symptoms either. I also did a TPO test done and it came out to be 1.6. I consulted a general physician who recommended thyronorm 25mg. Please suggest if this is the correct medication and dosage. Also please advise when should I go in for my next test to monitor this. I am planning to conceive in the coming 3-4 months, is it enough time period to bring this under control and plan ahead. Thanks.
