Hormonal Imbalances

Doctor has prescribed Voglibose 0.3mg to my mother(type 2 diabetes) thrice a day but i consulted another one senior doctor from government hospital so he said Voglibose should not be given at all . It is dangerous for kidneys in long run. So please suggest

Hello I'm having Type 2 diabetics and the doctor recently reduced the strength of my medicines based on my reports. We are actually planning for kids so I read that ashwagandha is good for diabetics and also increases testosterone.so can i use supplements or gummies? If so how many a day and at what time can I have. Please suggest

Hi Doctors I came to our of station for official visit Im following diet in order to reduce weight Had lunch at around 1.30 very limited 2roti,100gms rice and dal makhani. At evening6.30 pm had few snacks Wheat momos . Suddenly at 7.30 feel dizzy, vomiting sensation, anxious,  and body shaking . Bought accu machine and checked sugar levels at 9-9.30 which shows 113 Is this normal as per Diabetology. Hi doctor , My mother aged 51 , she is having diabetic and thyroid all in control as per report, but sudden sudden she is feeling so tired , also after night morning she is getting vomiting sensation and tiredness. On and off she is getting this. Not sure , can you please help doctor
