Hypotension and weakness
Hello doc
My dad is suffering from HTN,Type 2 Dm,and unstable angina.
Recently he got his HBA1c levels checked,and it was 9.1
So the doctor changed the tablets and gave the tablet of which I am attaching the photo.
After starting these medications,after1 to 2 days my dad was hypotension with 90/50.later his ecg was checked,showed normal.
What might be the cause of this hypotension?Should we go for angiography checkup once again for safety??

This is known to reduce BP a little bit will not land to hypotension.Any other medicine he is taking along with?

Sir this tablet can cause hypotension
Either reduce other bp medicine or consult endocrinologist
