Hormonal Imbalances

My father was diagnosed for diabetes years ago. But he never took any medications for it as it was ignorable. So we just concentrated on the food intake and included less amount of food where we knew the sugar percentage would be high. But now since 2 months he is having this pain which is not letting him do simple tasks like lifting a heavy bucket etc. He is experiencing this pain in both the deltoids. We are getting him tested and the sugar levels are not reducing. Reports from the past 2-3 months say that the sugar levels are high. He has been taking homeo medications for it but we still don't see any improvement. Please help about the pain.

Hi I started using telma 40 in the evening . Earlier I was taking covance 25 two times a day . My blood pressure was 170 so changed to covance 25 in the morning and telma 40 in the evening. I now feel lots of weakness . Anything to be done

Hello Dr, I am having very high level sugar FBS 260mg/dl and PPBS 395mg/dl which I have tested this month. I am having very frequent urination, bad breath and thirsty. I have done the test 6 months before that time it was around 200mg/dl in PPBS. I had covid in April 2021. Please advise.

I am taking ryzodeg 28-0-28 but i just want to know is it ok to any other insulin at evening basically cheap one which cost effective. Because two times its not affordable. Morning ryzodeg and evening any cheap one can you recommended . Thanks for tour reply in advance
