Can diabetes affects the breast milk supply?? Is high sugar level affects the breastmilk??

Iam non diabetic iam test my RBS at evening 7:30 The value is 105,iam ate morning breakfast,afternoon meals ,sweet,Tea and etc. This is normal or not? Pls suggest. Regards.
