Hormonal Imbalances

I'm asked to check my thyroid levels around three months back, as I have swelling in neck, underarms and fatigue issue. My T3 and T4 levels were normal, but Tsh was 9.39 uIU/ml . Following that the doctor prescribed me Thyronorm 25 mcg and I'm taking it regularly. But my recent reports show that my Tsh has increased to more than 100 uIU/ml and T3 is 0.78 ng/ml and T4 is 4.27 ug/dl . I have also attached my recent test reports. Please guide me on how to proceed further. Thank you.

My age is 27. I have no health issues. Today, I got checked my blood sugar after 12 hours of fasting and reading is 102. Is it normal? I read online that it should be less than 100.

Hi, I am having 1 dozen of skin tags on my neck and even my neck is black in colour, even having 2 skin tags on each armpit. My age is 26 years and my height is 5.7 and my weight is 80 kgs. I measured fasting blood sugar at home, it was 145 using glucose meter. On the same time I went to a reputated laboratory in my town and measured my fasting blood test. Fasting was 81 and Hba1c was 4.7. Am I diabetic??? What is the reason for such difference in test results

Hi doctor, I am 33 years old female. I'm 154 cm tall and weigh 57.5 kg. I have recently been facing racing heart after consuming food. I got tested for glucose load test and below are the results Fasting glucose- 92.8 Reading after 1 hour of consuming 75g of liquid glucose - 195.5 Reading after 2 hours of consuming 75g of liquid glucose - 151.4 Insulin fasting - 9.4 Insulin after 1 hour of 75g glucose - 81.3 Insulin after 2 hours of 75 g glucose - 147.0 Please advise. I never had glucose or insulin problem but after COVID having issues.. Is it a symptom of prediabetes or is it insulin resistance issue?
