My age is 28. for routine test Today i have checked sugar test Fasting it was 100 Pp it was 87 Is it normal ?

What will be the major cause of the pain in the upper right abdomen area (slight below the rib)? I have got diabetes tested today with result 240mg/dL before food. Please help me to understand this.

I have been facing this issue for a long time now, when it's been a while since I haven't eaten, my body starts to shake and shiver.
