My hair is somewhat rough and curly. I need to have silky hair. How can I do it by myself in my home itself

My tsh levels were 14, 6 months back. I've been on 75mg of thyroxine and my levels have come down to 4.73. My doctor recommends that I stick to the current dose. However I feel fatigued, and the other symptoms are still prominent. I've read a lot of articles stating different ideal tsh levels. Im confused.

Hello sir/madam, i am 23 male and currently staying in delhi. i have almost nil-low facial hair and its the same with torso part. i also feel chest and belly area has fat deposits. i get tired easily and i dont have much muscles either. my voice is not mature is what i feel, others cannot easily understand what i am speaking. i am really worried as i have researched a bit and all these seem to be symptoms of low testosterone. i have no idea how to go about this issue. i am worried of side effects if i get treatment but i feel treatment is must to grow facial hair and be normal in society.please guide me. thanks in advance.

Sir/Madam My sister is suffering from thyroid. We are take medicine from last two year. Now thyroid is under control. But doctor said this medicine you have take lifetime. Otherwise thyroid is happen again. So please give me suggestion for remove thyroid 100% totally for life time.

I sneeze continuously and get cold every morning! It reduces as the day continues. This is happening to me from many years but i m neglecting it. I also have thyroid and my nasal septum is deviated. I take thyroxine 50 mcg tablet every morning.

T3 n T4 is normal but My TSH is 6.17(normal is till 5.5).m not obese n my periods are regular.should i take medicine for it or is it just a hormone fluctuation n will get back to normal.is thr any way other than medicine to cure it as it is very minimal at this point.can bottle gourd juice or exercise help in this.

I have tested blood sugar ,Glucose plasma fasting amd result is 100%. Is there any problem?? Or its normal.
