My TSH Level is  0.708 ulU/mL & FT4 Level is 1.45 ng/dL. Should I continue Thyronorm 75 mcg or not ? Should I stop taking medicine?

I Got to know I have sugar from May 2015, But I treated just for 2 months with medicine Prezide M-40. Here my worry is I don't see doctor after that. My sugar level are Fasting : 128 and Post Lunch : 160, Please suggest me a good doctor

Would it help to check hormones for weight loss purpose. I have working hard in the gym for last 4 months & have not seen satisfactory results. 90% of my diet is clean.
