I Have Diabetes from 1 Year. I just want to ask that is diabetes a Deficiency or an illness??. Because i have felt that since i have started taking insulin, my Diet has changed. & i am not my old self. Before i used to go 4-5 Hours without eating. Now, aftr taking insulin, I think my Life has become short. I am completely shattered.

My Father was taking insulin (injection) from past 8 years. These days it looks there are other alternate options than injection. Can you suggest one ? Also, how fruitful is eating bitter-guard every day ?? Will it have any noticeable impact on diabetes ? What other natural ways that you can suggest for reducing diabetes ??

How much diet control is required and upto what levels I can take sugar intake daily or should I completely stop sugar intake?

I am currently at the margin of being over weight, and i am following certain weight loss tips. I drink cucumber juice, ginger juice, corrainder and parsley leaves juice, cinnamon tea. I researched and found that all these juice works on regulating sugar in the blood, and try to reduce it. If i continue with this diet, will this affect my sugar level and cause any damage?

My sugar levels are fluctuating from 100 to 280 week to week, how do I control this? I am on 2mg of Gimmer twice daily. Please guide me.

I have cravings for sweets and generally consume at least one type of sweet everyday - gulab jamun, ice-cream, kulfi ,etc. I don't have any health issues as of now, but is there a chance of diabetes? what should be the amount of sweet intake i should follow to prevent diabetes?

As my wife having Type1 Diabetes since 3 years i.e from the age of 21, now she is conceived naturally 2.5 months old Does the type 1 diabetes is Heredity?? I heard type 1 is due to Disorder at pancreases doesn't propagate with genes.And her father having diabetes & consuming insulin, she is also consuming insulin. Could you please make me clear about heredity propagation???

What are the other factors contributing to increase in sugar levels apart from food? I have stopped Rice and sugar intakes in my diet. Also i take my medicines : Diabend M regularly but still my sugar levels at 190 fasting and 376 after meals. Also i have developed extreme pigmentation on my face and neck, could it be side effects of medicine as iam having it since last 3yrs.

My fiance has been suffering from diabetes since 2012. Her sugar levels are 250 fasting and 310 post lunch. She weighs 105 kg. Also has mild arthritis in her left palm. We have started with workouts and diet, will she be able to lead normal problem free life if we take ample precautions and manage her weight.
