Hormonal Imbalances

I am 25 years old but I look like a intermediate class student, My weight is only 45 kg and I don't have even thick beard or moustache, I feel very uncomfortable in men's group because I always became a part of joke for them and I get embarrassed all the time. I am thinking it could be some hormonal imbalance, I will be always grateful to you if can suggest me something or can confirm me any appointment so that I can get this problem cured . My mom was on medication Ramistar MXL 50 (m), Clopitab (a) and ecosprin 150 (a) and Xtor 20(n) since Feb which is reduced to ramistar MXL 50(M) and ecosprin 75 (n) since Sept. In April she had stomach infection and her blood sugar spiked though she had no previous history. Her dr said it cud be bcoz of infection and juices and glucose. We just got it checked 2days back and it is 85 empty stomach and 170 after food though the normal reading is given upto 140. Dr said it's normal. Is it anything to worry or needs consultation?

I am diagnosed for pcos in June 2015..I have very scanty menses for 1-1.5 day only and mild hairs on face,chest,abdomen and lower back.... Because of these hairs I feel very ugly and depressed... I have consulted a doctor for diagnosis on diabetes. He prescribed Emoflox OZ containing the drug Ofloxacin stating that it is required to control unexpected fluctuations in the sugar level. And advised me to take half tablet per day. But when I enquired about it in net, many websites are stating that this drug is for uretus problems, kidney, lung problems etc., Can I get advice form any expert regarding the same and about dosage.

I have irregular peroids.By consulting a gynic I came to a clearance that I don't any PCO condition. So by this I have observed a lot of facial hair growth with a simulatiously lot of hair fall,weight gain,acnes & pimples.I am not diabetic.

Body pain nee pain blood suger

T4 is normal...but TSH is high. Hypothyroidism. But can't take iodised salt as BLood pressure is high. Because of BP, creatinine is increasing. What should I do and whom should I consult???
