My color of foot slowly changes over time which is changing from normal to dark patches and is slowly spreading above.I also feel pain back of my leg some times.Is it related to veins.pleasr let me know if there is treatment available.I am suffering from diabetes.

I have been dealing with cystic chin acne that won't go away for a few months. Also, a few cysts on my cheekbones won't come to a head. Additionally, I've felt congested, ears feel clogged (but no runny nose or cold symptoms) and now my neck is feeling swollen. From the middle of my neck to under my jaw just feels inflamed. Thyroid? I checked my sugar and it's at 559 I Am having headache and sweating and I feel dizzy what can I do to lower it imidiately I have drank 2 water bottles

I just checked my blood glucose levels after meal.its higher than normal. I'm 29 years old, am I diabetic patient now?
