I'm a diabetic. Im 61 yrs old. I have this left lower abdominal pain since a year. The pain is getting worse. Last year when I consulted a doctor regarding this, that's when I got to know that I'm diabetic. Is this something to worry about

My recent test for Anti TPO is 1300 and anti thyroglobulin antibody 170.10.

Consistent high Hb1Ac level (>8.0)
I am diabetic since last 5 years. Currently I am taking Amryl M2 500mg BID. My sugar level in Hb1Ac is in between 8.9 o 8.1 in last one year. Last reading was 8.5 tested in the first week of june'17.
Should I change my medicine please suggest.
