Hormonal Imbalances

My HBA1C was 7.8.and I took Glykind M 1/2 tab because if I take full tablet it causes hypoglycemia.now pl advise which medicine I have to take to lower the blood sugar without having low sugar episode.Random checked was 177

My Fasting sugar was recorded as 134 today morning. My TSH is 5.52. Earlier my Fasting sugar used to be around 90-100.Should i be worried?Please help. Thanks in advance.

Sir, 8months back (oct 2016) I had severe anxiety as I had stopped smoking for 3 months before. I had full body checkup then. My ha1bc was 7.7 and TSH was 7.6. Later in March 1st onwards I was loosing weight from 87 kgs to 81.5 kgs. Doctor advised me for ha1bc which was 11.1 and TSH was 11.0. Doctor started insulin 20 units a day ( morning 12 and Evening 8) from March 19  to 36 units a day ( morning 20 and Evening 16)  till to April 10. Later I got hypoglycemia when doctor increased to 40 units a day ( Morning 22 and Evening 18) later revised to 36 then End of April doctor advised me for C-PEPTIDE test which was 3.5 ng/ml ( Ref 1.1- 4.5)  and GAD Test which was 1.64 ( Ref < 10.00) I stopped from May 1st all Medications and insulin as I had work to go out of City. 4, 5 days the readings were normal. Later deliberately I have stopped till now. Today( June 30) Fasting was 102.. yesterday Fasting was 99. I have checked for TSH yesterday it was 7.68 Plz advise..

I have diabeties in fasting 380 after hving food 423.. my doctor gave insulin sholud i take or can control from tablet. please suggest me.. Today only got boold test til now dint take any tablet or insulin. my age is 29 male.

Doctor we regularly checked mom diabetes at home she was having after food diabetes few days back some around 152 she take diabetes medicine twice a day and from few days she is eating all kind of food and mangoes today her fasting sugar level was 152 and after food 277 , pls advise something she never taken insulin

I'm having problem of frequent urination for approx one month, i go to toilet in short intervals & specially before sleep many times i've to get up from bed & go for it even if i don't take water. I m 34 yrs ttc since 2 yrs for that hvin been seeing fertility experts for few couple of months as unable to conceive naturally, but my tsh is elevated month by month like 3, 7 now 10.85 regularly taking thyronorm 25 mg as prescribed by doctor. Now started feeling light pain in throat. Do i need to see thyroid specialist for this?
