Prescription Advice for Type 2 Diabetic
Due to an insurance related issue I will be without my insulin (Levemir 20 Unit Dose) for the next 6 days. I am also on 500mg Metformin once daily. I am seeking advice to get through the next 6 days to get my insulin prescription filled. Ex: Should I up my daily Metformin dose. And if so, how much.

Mom she is taking trivolib forte 2 and ziten 20 mg...but the problem is her sugar level is fluctuating since yesterday ...today morning it was 81... and yesterday after meal it was 200... is this something serious...can someone please suggest

Thyrroid problem
My TSH is 7.68 which is above normal range and my T3 and T4 are in normal range.

HBA1C going High
My Father's HBA1C continue growing whenever we go for the test. As a side effect, it started affecting kidneys as well. So I would like to bring HBA1c from 8.5 to at least 6.5. He is taking medicines, but I would like to introduce diabetic diet to him which could help to lower the HBA1C score.
