On 24th of May 2017, it was found that my TSH level has reached to 8.54 uIU/ml. So I was prescribed Eltroxin 75 mcg for 60 days. Recently I went for a retest and found the TSH level dropped to 3.14 uIU/ml.
So what medicine should I take right now and of what strength?

TSH level on the margin
My daughter is 14 yrs & has Down syndrome hence we keep a regular monitoring of thyroid levels. Her latest report shows
TSH-5.25, T3-113, T4-7.7
Her Doctor says no medication even though TSH is just on the margin & he feels there are no clinical symptoms, she is normal weight 38kg , height 5 feet.
