My wife taking ivf treatment. She Has to take special injections every alternative days at home. Any service available to come home and give injections.

My diabetes is swinging within 150 to 300 (tested yesterday). I am taking Gemer2, ISTAMET 50/500 daily twice along with 24/18 insulin morning nd night. Hba1c is above 7.5 for last few years. Pls suggest how to keep my sugar level in control. Do I need to change the medicine?
