I have been suffering Menstrual periods or irregular periods last 1.5 yrs ..there is lots of problem during it comes.. & in improper way... It's effect on my health day by day...during these days heavy pain in back bone side & not easy to comfort move or site.. i took some painkiller but not relif for long time..please give me some suggestions..

Hi , I am under medication for dieabetic . I was not having med for 2 weeks and realized couple of days back that my range of sugar empty stomach is around 250 and with food same ...so after having medication for 2 days , results are same...please suggest , are these medicine need change ...generally whenever I have taken these medicine , my sugar was very controlled... I just had a blood test..in which my vit b12 n d3 levels were less than the range so went to the doc for medication he had my blood test done for lipid profile n tsh and random sugar...my reports are normal only the percentage of diabetes is 5.8..abd both my parents are daibetic...so the doc prescribed sulisent 100mg. I'm confused shud I take it.
