Hormonal Imbalances

My blood test report says the level of tsh is 7.13 while t4 is 9.5 and t3 is 133 .I am 32 years old without child.Nowadays i m feeling extreme tiredness and dry skin problem and body ache ect.

I'm shorter than both of my parents. My younger brother is shorter than me; I also haven't seen a noticeable increase in my height in the past two years – but it wasn't always like this. I'm also relatively chubbier than all of my family. I think it may be hormonal. Requesting medical advice about the same. Also, if it is hormonal who should I see, an endocrinologist? Thanks

I have been suffering from hairloss hair greying and dry/frizzy hair. Off late even my skin has become really dry. My tsh is 6.17. I m anemic and hv been prescribed kera glo eva tab and livogen tab. Please suggest if i shud strt any hypothyroidism related medications. Thanks
