High sugar n 3plus ketone and infection

Since last sat sugar level is high with 4 plus ketone which reduced to 193 fasting sugar and trace ketone. But now after some infection and some medicine the sugar level is increasing and now ketone is 3 plus. Wanted your advise

I have tested my sugar fasting n pp which is 165 n 190.. Lipid profile: cholesterol 153, triglycerides 370, hdl 43, ldl 36 n vldl 74.. Urine microalbumin 34.. Glucose 1.5gm... What does it means when all these are high... How to control it... Please suggest something... Nd i did my cholesterol test after 1week of change in my diet...
