Need to control blood sugar need some seroius advice i am taking glycomet SR 500mg on doctor advice and the same is not effective

You are a young diabetic and sugar needs to be controlled tightly to prevent complications. You can increase dose of metformin to 1 gm twice a day and add a DPP4 Inhibitor.
