Doctor prescribed triglynase2 but to short of medicine I got triglynase1. How much does should I take of triglynase1 dose insteaded of triglynase2

I got to know incidentally that my testosterone levels are low via health package, again I checked from Dr lal lab it's the same 189. I can't see any symptoms till now, I am married, haven't planned for baby in near future. What can I do now, what is the treatment for this. FSH & LH levels are normal, but total testosterone is 189 & free is 7

Im 18 yrs old male. Height 5'4" Weight 53Kg I have gynecomastia(not too big but its embarassin everytime I put off my shirt in swimming pool or everytime I wear tight t-shirts) I showed it to a doctor when I was 13 yrs old.She told it will go away itself after some time But i turned out its getting bigger rather than getting normal. My HB1AC was diagnosed 7.2 in November 2016. I was first time fell in the diabetes range.. but due to physical activities and strict diet management...i managed to control my sugar level....in the last 6 months...last HB1AC was normal...means no diabetes...Whether still i have need to take any medicines for diabetes

Since last 15 days diabetes is not under control. Every time sugar level is 180 to 210. Age is 56.taking following medicines 1. Huminsulin 30/70 ; 40 Units before lunch and dinner 2. Voglinorm GM forte 2 tablet ( 3 times a day) 3. TENDIA 20MG (AFTER BREAKFAST) HB1AC level is 6.4 as per dated 06.07.2017 HB1AC level is 6.2 as per reprt dt 04.03.17

My husband tested glucose and insulin so glucose fasting is 93.41 and pp is 158.71 and insulin is 35.8.What is the mraning of it and what should we do now.Is it dangerous or not pls tell me everything about it.

Is there any permanent cure in any of the pathy.i have heard that there is a treatment in homeopathy . So please advice me what is needed tO be done

I am feeling drowsy throughout the day unable to sleep during night time, legs are paining , I am diabetic patient and in the last December I have fainted and admitted in hospital they confirmed it as TIA , later i became normal and using medicine from a neurologist, recently i am not getting sleep during night time
