Hi, My TSH level is less than 0.01 μiu/ml and total T4 is 18.8 μg/dl and total T3 is 183 Ng/dl.I have heavy menstrual periods and also daily blood spotting.please recommend

Hello doc , I had noticed severe hair fall recently and did thyroid test where tsh was 5.76 and t3 and t4 are normal . is my hair fall due to this elevated tsh ? What should I do now plz help?
