Hello doctor I am 48 years diebatic patient. Taking regular prescribed medicine-geminor-m I feel my feet heated up during bed time. Please suggest any precautions or medicine ?

It coud be the result of diabetic neuropathy which means diabetes induced damage to nerves. Strict control of sugar is essential. If the problem is severe, medicines are prescribed , but they need you to be evaluated first.
