Hormonal Imbalances

Hypothyroid. TSH - 14, T3 - 0.8, T4 - 5.9 Taking thyronorm 25mg a dayirregularly. I am 45 yrs, male, sedentary lifestyle, desk job, so no physical symptoms, but lethargy & not motivated to exercise. Question: change brand, dosage? Morning or anytime? how often to do TSH test?

I have hypothyroid . I eat 100 mcg of eltroxin. This time my report is TSH 6.89and t3 is 2.11 ?? What to do

Male, age 54, weight 84 Kg, Height 168 CM. Sugar levels were:fasting 106-116 and post lunch 140 to 160. Taking one tablet of metroformin 50mg/1000mg(istamet) before breakfast daily from two months. Now, sugar levels normal. But, feeling muscle soreness particularly in the arms. Muscles paining while lifting even small weights. Suggest remedy.
