Hormonal Imbalances

I have been having thyroid from past 7 years and using thyronorm of 100mg. And took a thyroid test recently and found T3 and TSH are within the range. But T4 is 16.2., against normal range of 4.5 - 12. please suggest required.

I am 27 year old male. Just gone through full body checkup and from the report I found my TSH level extremely high as 30.69 and TT4 level as 3.9 and TT3 as 89.19. I am physically fit but it is very difficult for me to lose weight even after strenuous workout and proper diet. Other than this there is no visible symptoms. Please suggest what is wrong

My Fasting blood sugar is 155 and PP is 167. But HbA1c is 6.4. Taking Medicine Glycomate GP 1 gm daily. But it is not controlled. Please advise the proper medicine and when should I take it!!
