I have 228 Fasting blood sugar and 339 postprandial blood sugar aged 60 ,I would like to know prescribed tablets and any suggestions for keeping my sugar level normal.

The sugar levels are very high and need to be addressed immediately. There is no single medicine for diabetes that would fit for every patient. The medicines need to be individualised based on patients history, medicine details and lab reports.
