What cause I have blood sugar 228 ml , should I need to repeat blood sample ?

Hello,
Are you testing first time? Is there any history of it? If no then go once again for blood check up diabetes profile that includes HBA1C ,FBS ,Post parandial that is after lunch 2 hrs sugar,urine routine and micro.
You have to avoid sugar,potato,bread,red meat if you having in meal often.
Exercises, diet control help alot along with green vegetables
Next Steps
if raised sugar level in blood consult the diabetologist with latest blood reports.
