I am a diabetes patient and my sugar level right now is 286...i am having a fever and my urine is burning...do i need to be worried about it ? what should i do?

My mother in law is having diabetes .from past 1week her blood sugar level are fluctuating very much; fasting 155 after meal 216. Wht would u recommend to control her blood sugar level

Hello doc , I had noticed severe hair fall recently and did thyroid test where tsh was 5.76 and t3 and t4 are normal . is my hair fall due to this elevated tsh ? What should I do now plz help?
