I am 43 years old Mail. Get sugar tested yesterday the findings are as follows Fasting 107 and PP is 187. Do i need the regular medicine for this. if yes then which medicine i will take.

Yesterday I had my blood sugar tested fasting and post lunch. Fasting : 162 Post Lunch: 255 Can i speak to a doctor who is diabatologist.
