Hi I am 37 year old & Type 1 Diabetic, is there permanent cure for Diabetes? Is there any Medicine for permanent cure?

I'm experiencing dry mouth, sleepiness and dizziness. This typically happens after 2-3 hours after I take my afternoon lunch. I had checked my sugar and found that it was low after meal.

I have fasting blood glucose of 240 & after food of 340. I had recently taken antibiotics for fever & cough syrup everyday. Is that variation because of tablets? Is that fine am worried on my readings. It used to be below 200 post food.

Sir my fasting blood sugar level is 94 as on 19.08.17 and one Month ago fasting sugar was 86 and PP was 90 further , before six month fasting sugar was 92 and before one year fasting sugar was 82 and PP 89. I am on hepatitis B medication with normal LFT parameters except Total protein which is 6 only and my hbv dna viral load is not detectable.
