I m 44 years old. I m not getting my period.my last period was at 14th May.nearly 4 month back.now my issue is I m not having any much health issues but getting hot flashes n I m  blotting.i don't use any contraception.i want to HV my period to be normal.what should I do.i m not even Sure that this is menopause or not. please suggest me medicine so I get my period.i HV done my all test like sonography I HV 2small size fibroids in utraas.n my gynecologist said there is nothing wrong with my reports. guide me what should I do.i m gaining weight. I don't hv thoyroid.i HV checked that as well.

I am diabetic got tests done today. Fasting is 96 and PP is 104. I was having glimisave m1 till today.dr advised to start with voglibite m 0.2.i got to know that it should be avoided if suffering from heart disease. I have hypertension and use metocard xl 50 &Telday40. Is voglibite advisable for me as it is used when other drugs don't work. Advise
