ANTI tpo antibodies
I have undergone the ANTI TPO ANTIBODIES TEST and the result says 1136.7.can you please let me know what does this result indicate.also i have taken theTSH test and the result is 3.5.

Anti TPO high means that it's autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto)
If TSH is normal... At present may not need meds unless planning pregnancy.
But TSH has to be checked once in 3-6 months every year
No need to check anti Tpo again
