High anti TPO readings are suggestive of thyroid autoimmunity. It means your immunity is a bit confused and attacking thyroid. If you already have a thyroid illness it confirms the reason for you getting the illness. If you don’t have any thyroid problems then your future risk is high and so would suggest annual thyroid tests
