Female, 32 Mother of 4 year daughter C-section done(04 march 2021) Not taking any medicine No disease No BP no Sugar Height-5'1 weight53 Doing homework out and yoga7-10k steps daily and taking 1600-1800kcal vegetarian diet taken including 75 gram paneer and 30gm lentils Planning for second child so underwent thyroid profile prolactin and anti TPO test. Done my prolactin test and thyroid test on 22nd of PERIODS 17/03/2025 reports Pooled Prolactin Method: Serum, ELFA Remark Test performed on tripooled fasting sample 56.93 ng/ml 5.00 - 35.00 TSH Method: Serum, ELFA 5.09 uIU/mL 0.25 - 5.0 Again thyroid and prolacting test done yesterday here are reports(28/03/2025) Prolactin-16.6( E.C.L.A technology) TSH-4.14 T3-94 T4-7.2 Anti-TPO antibody (Anti-Thyroid Peroxidase) C.L.I.A Bio. Ref. Interval. :- 246.2 IU/mL Negative : < 9 Positive : >=9 (AMA are also called as Anti-TPO Antibodies). Kindly suggest, treatment is required or everything is ok?what is meaning of this report
