Hormonal Imbalances

I am gaining weight abnormally though I eat less. Also getting some alergetic pimples on face in lower half of face. Should I get some hormonal test done?

10days before sugar was (184-243pp). 1day before it was (110-74pp). In between 5 days 4 times sugar faults occurred. Current bp is 189-95. Patient taking mixtard xr 500, diamicron, jalara m, tazloc ct, cilacar 10, ecosprin av, eltroxin, nebicar 5. Suffering also in eye problem. Need your advice.

Thyroid. Last tested Tsh report was 10.06 ulU/ml on 25 July17. And today's report the Tsh value is 0.177 ulU/ml.  And on 3'rd June the Tsh value was 1.435 ulU/ml.  Kindly suggest medication.

My mother's sugar level is 300+ and Dr.has suggested to bring the sugar level below 200 to perform eye cataract operation. Need suggestions to bring her sugar level below 200+ in couple of weeks as the eye Dr has suggest to perform the cataract operation ASAP. Please suggest.
