Hi my BP is around 140/90 for 10 days( been checking every day). So got it checked and the doctor told for a few tests. The test showed high cholesterol (attached report), but I am a lean guy with a tummy. He gave me Rosuvas F5 and Prolomet xl 12.5 to have for 15days.I wanted to know should I take the pressure medicine?? I don't want to take that forever. I am scared to take pressure medicine.

Hi, I'm suffering with hypothyroidism , can i still take alcohol? And if I can,which is more suitable and suggestible? I'm on 50 mcg medication already. And what precautions should I take if I'm going to take alcohol ? It's been more than 4 years i haven't had alcohol , but I want to have it occasionally and please mention the quantity i should take which is healthy in limit. Can i mix it with fruit juice or anything else , vodka,whiskey which is better or another which shouldn't affect my thyroid please help me. Have thyroid function test results Need to suggest levothyroxine or synthryoid based on results. I Was taking Thyrox 25 tablet earlier but discontinued it after suggestion by Endocrinologist in Chennai.

Does a female have to be on her period to get tsh, prolactin hormone test done? One doctor said yes and the other said no. Please revert
