Hormonal Imbalances

Hello sir, I am recovering from alcohol addiction now I am healthy. My insulin level is 2.49 uu/ml after lunch and testosterone level is 275 ng/dl. Problem is , I feel cold generally I.e. My body cannot tolerate low temperature air conditioner, cold water and when I use these I fall ill. Also I used go to gym , healthy lifestyle and diet then also I can't put on muscles and weight. My weight is 57 kg. What should I do. Thank you very much.

My mother is diabetic and currently in USA. Off late she is experiencing sweating in her sleep and tingling in mouth which stats for 15-20 mins. She gets up and eats chocolate and feels better in a while. She is on insulin.
