Hormonal Imbalances

Hi, my father is taking metxl 50 for high Bp in night. He is detected hypothyroidism 4 days ago. He is started eltroxin 100 ucg. However, we were consulting two doctors for high bp problems since last week as it's quite fluctuating. One doctor asked to decrease metxl 50 to metxl 25 alternate day for two weeks and then stop it as it's not safe in hypothyroidism. However, other doctor also said it's not safe, but he advised to continue metxl 25 daily to keep bp in control. So we are confused should we stop metxl now completely after 15 days or should we continue it daily

My cousin in having a dark black patch on the foot & is increasing slowly. his body weight is reducing day by day. his random blood sugar is 400mg/dl tested with blood sugar strips.

My amylase is 200 and lypase is 100, aslo my tsh is 11.5 I have no symptomatic issue. Please suggest the treatement. Please let me know how critical this is? Thanks, Puneet

Hello, I had a test for my thyroid four months ago and these were the results: TSH 0.01 uIU/mL (N: 0.4 - 4.2) Total T3 4.1 ng/ml (N: 4.7 - 13.5) Total T4 17.5 ug/dl (N: 0.8 - 2.0) and I did them again 3 days ago and the results: Total T3 1.12 ng/ml (N: 0.8-2.0) Total T4 6.3 ug/dl (N:4.7-13.5) Free T3 2.55 pg/ml (N:1.68-3.54) Free T4 0.91 ng/dl (N: 0.9-1.9) TSH 18.2 uIU/ml (N:0.4-4.2) What should I do next?

I have undergone the ANTI TPO ANTIBODIES TEST and the result says 1136.7.can you please let me know what does this result indicate.also i have taken theTSH test and the result is 3.5.

Hello Doctor, I have hyperthyroidism complain. My t3 value is 137, t4 value is 19.1 and tsh <0.01. In my recent reports So i want to know if any treatment requirement? And is what is tsh it is <0.01 so what to worry about please let me know and also I have cough problem that don't go away at all.. Whats wrong please tell.
