  4. Thyroid test. Tell me more about this?

Dear Doctor I got my thyroid test done one day back and I received my rest result. I am so worried about my TSH number. My t3 is 93 Nw/dl, t4 is 5.9uq/dl, and tsh of 20.98. I am not on any medication and I got married 7 months back. Can you please tell me more about this?

Tsh >4 needs Rx for an Young lady... Start Rx with thyroid meds and recheck TSH after 6-8 weeks.... Nothing to worry as long as tsh is normal... But do not stop meds abruptly without consulting doc Endocrinologist or physician
