Hello Doctor, my wife's TSH=2.34,T3=2.59,T4=1.12,AntiTPO=164.0 & 26 years old. Is anything to worry abt on +ve antiTPO? She was treated for thyroid disease over 6 years. TSH is under control because of medicine. should she continue the medicine....?

Yes medicine needs to be continued. And positive anti TPO antibody only means that it's autoimmune hypothyroidism. Nothing to worry
