High tsh with normal t3 and t4
My tsh was 0.01 after 3 months it becomes 7.25 with normal t3 and t4 and without any symptoms of hypothyrodism

If you are on Thyroxine, Proper dose adjustment needs to be done by an Endocrinologist. And if you are not on any treatment, this could be thyroiditis.
