I have been diagnosed hyperthyroidism by tsh t3 and t4 report my doctor have prescribed methimazole 5mg twice daily .do u think its right or should go for some other test too to confirm the diagnosis

Liver function complete test Blood V prptile level 8. Electolytes sodium,patassium,chlorides,bicardonates. Not sure i have to do all these test and please suggest.
