Serious back pain

Asked for Male, 38 Years

Im a 38yr old type1 diabetic who 10yrs ago had my 3rd, 4th and 5th toes amputated then developed a Charcot foot. Since then i get severe hip, back and neck pain and iv been told that it all could be connected. Could this be right??
