Hi, I have a boil or abscess in the cleft at the top of the buttocks from around one year. I was thinking it as a normal boil and not took any treatment yet, but today i met with a doctor who is a surgeon and he told me it's a pilonidal cyst and operation is the only option and there is a possibility that it can happen again even after operation. I having piples in my face since 6 mnths. I used to take medicine rcinex. For pimples i use to take althrocin 250 and alograce, acnestar bt it is not much effective.
